Privacy Policy

This page explains what information anupam.info collects, why, and who it's shared with. The site is a personal portfolio run by one person (Anupam Kumar), not a company.

1. What's collected

• Contact form: the name, email, purpose, and message you submit through the site's contact form or article subscribe form are sent via Web3Forms to Anupam's inbox. Web3Forms does not store these on its own dashboard beyond delivery.
• Bookings: if you book a call, Cal.com collects the name, email, and time slot you provide to schedule it.
• Payments: paid calls are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay collects your card, UPI, or bank details directly - this site never receives or stores them. Only the Razorpay payment ID you enter when booking is used, to verify the payment against the call.
• Premium content account: to unlock premium content you sign in with Google. The site receives your email address and name from Google (never your Google password), keeps a record of your purchase (Razorpay payment ID and date) so your access can be verified, and sets a login cookie in your browser. If you leave a rating or comment it is stored with your account; a written review is shown publicly (first name and last initial only) only if you tick that option.
• Site analytics: Vercel Web Analytics tracks aggregate page views. It's cookieless and does not identify individual visitors.
• Chatbot (once shipped): if a chatbot is added to the site, questions you type into it will be sent to Groq and/or Google Gemini to generate a response. This section will be updated with specifics before that chatbot goes live.

2. How it's used

Information collected is used only to respond to your message, confirm and verify a booking, or understand aggregate site usage. It is not used for advertising.

3. What's not done with it

Your information is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with the service providers named above (Web3Forms, Cal.com, Razorpay, Vercel, and, once shipped, Groq or Gemini), each strictly to provide the function you used.

4. Retention

Contact and booking messages are kept as long as needed to respond to you or keep reasonable records (for example, for accounting purposes around paid calls).

5. Your choices

To ask what information is held about you, or to request it be deleted, email anupamkumar.nith@gmail.com.

6. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as the site changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
