Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of anupam.info (the "site") and any calls you book through it. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to these terms.

1. About this site

This site is Anupam Kumar's personal portfolio. It shares his work, writing, and background, and offers 1:1 calls that visitors can book directly.

2. Booking calls

Calls are scheduled through Cal.com. The 15-minute intro call is free. The 30-minute and 60-minute sessions are paid, with payment collected upfront through a Razorpay Payment Page before the booking link is used. 3. Nature of paid calls

Paid calls are informal mentoring and advisory conversations. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice, and nothing said on a call creates an employment, consulting, or fiduciary relationship. Any opinions shared are personal and do not represent any employer.

4. Payments

Payments for paid calls are processed by Razorpay. This site does not collect or store card, UPI, or bank account details - Razorpay handles that directly. You'll be asked to provide the Razorpay payment ID when booking your slot on Cal.com, so the booking can be verified.

5. Premium digital content

Some content, currently the full Interview prep set, is premium digital content, unlocked with a Pro pass: 1 year (₹199), 2 years (₹299), or lifetime (₹999). Each is a one-time payment, not a subscription: nothing renews or is charged again automatically. One pass covers all premium content on the site. A 1 or 2 year pass lasts for that period from the day it takes effect; buying another pass while one is active adds the new time on top of what remains. A lifetime pass lasts for as long as the site offers premium content. Content is delivered instantly online once payment is confirmed. Access is tied to the Google account (email address) you sign in with and is for your personal use: please don't share your login or redistribute the content.

Coupon codes are single-account promotions. They are non-transferable, have no cash value, may be limited in number or expire, and may be withdrawn. A code that gives a discount or free access applies to one account, once.

Buyers can leave a rating and an optional comment. A written review is shown publicly only if you choose that option, and then only with your first name and last initial, never your email address.

6. Content and intellectual property

The content on this site (writing, project descriptions, résumé, and other material) is Anupam Kumar's own work unless stated otherwise. Please don't reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

7. No guaranteed outcomes

Calls are offered on a best-effort basis. There is no guarantee of a specific outcome (a hire, a solved bug, a particular design decision, or otherwise) from any call.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Anupam Kumar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or participation in a call. His total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant call, if any.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
